It is escalated here and brought to your notice that :
- I had ordered “Herbal Life NiteWorks L-Arginine” 4 boxes ( Hereby referred as the “My Order“) on 7 April 2021, which was prepaid with Rs. 13,200/- .
- I received delivery on 10 April 2021. On opening the delivery, I found ‘One box of herbal Life Active Fibre Complex’ (“herein referred to as the “Wrong Product“)
- I had made several calls and written on chat boxes of Amazon Consumer service several times to refund or replace the Wrong Product and received reply that it is non refundable/ non replaceable order;
- I had also dropped several mails which are in trailing mail for your reference in the same context;
- I would hereby like to clarify that a Wrong Product has been delivered to me instead of My Order;
- Keeping in mind the loyal customer, it is requested to either refund my money or replace the given product as it is of no use to me. There has been severe negligence on part of your seller and your team. Also, on raising the issue there has been no consideration to understand the matter. This attitude is not expected from an organisation like you.
- After making several complaints via mail, via twitter I now escalate the matter to you. I had also mailed my complaint on the amazonpay-escalation@amazonpay.in, which is available on Amazon.in/help but I was again severely disappointed.
- I thereafter, received a refund of Rs. 3300/- only, whereas, pending 9900/- is left. And again i have made several communications in this regard, but i get no satisfactory response.
