I totally received wrong product i ordered denim shirts worth rupees 1099 and i got different or wrong shirts of very poor quality and the customer care no is switched off i saw the pics of denim shirts in facebook and orderded them but they send me wrong shirts so i want my money back as soon as possible.

CUSTOMERS CARE NO.- 8447215464

The customer care number is invalid and comes switched off while trying to call and i got a fraud of rupee 1099

  1. i was recharge with the selected plan 698 from my mobil app for 84 days validity but from my airtel app i got 50rs discount by default , also which i used to get every time of recharge .
    after recharge i got message successful message so i thought every thing will be normal , but after 2 days when i am checking again the airtel app and some internet issue facing with my network on 16th ,then i called 121 to get to know the my plan is not showing from very next days which will going to be activated from 17th onward . as per them i have selected wrongly different plan and money already deducted for this and they cannot help me . also they have raised a internal ticket for this and update me by 20th they will inform me about the same .
    today i called again to the customer care and found they closed the ticket without know me and still my app is showing same office to me with the 698 plan for 84 days validity .
    now my concern is i want to get my recharge done or money back , because i have complaint within 2 days of the recharge .
    if that will not done then kindly bard all my airtel connect because i don’t want to continue with this kind of service provider further in future . when there is no fault from my side . in this same situation i have faced here with Airtel digital TV , i have complaint so many time but no one listen to me and finnay switched to tata sky ….really sorry for this kind of services .

    if now concern or reply will get from the airtel , i will take action on this and not going to pay any money for any of the below services . i have attached the screen shot as well, where you can see the same offer i am getting for today as well
