Text of Complaint by Mohamed Nayem:

we ordered canon camera from flipkart, order I’d OD123009624665428000, ordered on 3rd october delivery date was 10th october but i got the delivery on 14th october,and i have opened the box in front of the delivery agent and also recorded the full video, I have got a different brand camera for which I contacted Ekart Logistics too but they didn’t help but said to talk to flipkart and I immediately contacted Flipkart customer care executive and returned but my request was 14th Oct’ 6 time return has been given since October, but 5 time return has been rejected, and 6 time was accepted by the team on 25 October, but the delivery agent refused to pickup and did not even call direct pickup Canceled from ekart, and i have given lot of complaints, till now i have made 280 calls, emailed a lot, revert back many times but not getting any help , now i am facing lot of problem , flipkart customer care just waiting Speak for me, complaint has been filed 15 to 20 times, but wrong wrong information is told, once you check the complaint, how much has happened, if my issue is not resolve as soon as possible then I have to go to be filed, as evidence.
