I purchased a Peter England navy blue denim jacket from myntra. I received it on 9th October. I open the package in front of delivery boy I found it’s not match the actual product. 10th October I raised a complaint. I called coustmer care so many time but still they don’t help me and saying it’s quality checked product. I asked them for their quality check video but they didn’t send me as this is private. I talked to superior but still didn’t accept my return req of the product. I’m so tired of doing this. Please help me.
