I m order a mobile by Flipcart.
It was delivered by 20jun 2021.i m order redmi 9 power but it was came realme c20.i m complain in Costomarcare they accept my issues and they say me sir you can wait 2july. Our senior otherity was get back soon. Then i m wait and call some time by Costomarcare then they sey same word yo can wait 2july. 30 jun i m ricive a call the senior department they asked me details and i tell him my issues.
Then he tell me i accept your replacement request and you get the new mobile in 48 hour.
Then i chek my Flipcart id.
I chek my replacement status it was rejected..
Please sir you solve my issue
