I ordered a Kurta on Meesho on 15th Oct and was delivered the packet on 18-Oct. On opening the packet I found that it was entirely different pattern / colour than I had ordered and thus placed a return request . But my product is not being taken back as the product picture is not matching.
As you can undertand, I can not return the correct product if the correct product has not been delivered to me. Request your help in solving the issue and help me with the return. Order Id #860355030047_1
