Wrong product received and not getting returned – I ordered 2 set of 2 lungis on Meesho on 18th Jun and was delivered the packet on 26-Jun. On opening the packet I found that it was entirely different colour than I had ordered and thus placed a return request under “wrong colour delivered” category. But my product is not being taken back and my return request is being cancelled by Meesho a number of times. When I contacted Meesho customer care they said that the product won’t get be returned and there will not be any refund, as according to their system correct product was sent to me. And thus if I need to return, I should send back the exact same product. Since the colour is not matching the return quality check is failing and they won’t take it back. There is no proof they are able to offer to confirm that the correct product was sent, and they are not ready to accept their mistake and process the return and refund. I have the product delivered in actual packing and it is completely visible that it is a case of wrong product delivered. It is disappointing how no one at Meesho is able to / ready to understand the simple logic that I can not return the correct product if the correct product has not been delivered to me. In fact, I would not have needed to return the product if the correct product would have been sent in the 1st place. Request your help in solving the issue as I am not able to resolve it due to apatthy at Meesho’s end. Meesho Order Id – 505756461968_1
