Text of Complaint by Jyotsana Gureja:

I placed an order on Meesho for Rarescape premium jacket , seller Amayraa creations on 19th june2023 and received a different product of same seller on 21st June.I created return request for the product but my product was not returned and my return request got cancelled by Meesho so many times.
When I contacted Meesho customer care they said your product won’t get returned and you will not get any refund and also said that according to their records correct product was sent to me. But I received wrong product. They didn’t even register my complaint.
I also complaint them on their email help@meesho.com , legalsupport@meesho.com but they didn’t reply.
Kindly help me in returning this product and getting my refund.
