I have ordered a pack of 2 Fashion Flower Crystal Earrings at INR. ₹810.00 from dealsforevers.myshopify.com through an add on Facebook. The order was placed on 20.08.2023. It was COD order. It reached us on 25.01.2023 through DTDC service. When I opened the product, I saw that I had been given the wrong product entirely. These earrings do not match the other two earrings which I ordered. These two earrings are sold cheaply on the street. These 2 earrings will not cost more than ₹100. These products totally different. The name of the seller not printed on parcel. Only address – Kunal B110, gate no. 3, neb Sarai 110068, New Delhi, India, Mobile No.: 9717983061. We tried to call seller support Mobile No. 9717983061 immediately but they were not received, the number was Switched off. Kindly help us to refund the amount ₹810 and take strict action against the seller so that they can’t fool other people.
