I came across this website randomly one day over Facebook and placed an 2 orders of a set of 3 crop tops worth Rs. 1598. It was a COD order. I have received the parcel today but it turned out to be jeans. Also the packaging used is of Amazon.
Now when I have checked their website for a contact number, they do not have one. Only a email id is mentioned which I am sure they will never respond to. I feel helpless now because I have been scammed.
There are many other complains of many customers throughout the county, and I don’t know why the website is still operating. Why isn’t there any strict actions taken yet.
Kindly look into the matter on priority basis and provide a solution.
