I am Rajat Sharma, my registered mobile number is 9119773666. I have purchase a saree on 10/Feb/2023 for my wife and she received the same on 17/Feb/2023, however she received the pack of two sarees which is completely different product as shown on website.

So, after 02 days i raised a request for replacement not for refund and said that your product will be replaced on 24/Feb/2023, but your team has been blocked my Flipkart account, on 24/Feb.

I have raised a complaint with complaint number IN23022413232003510957 still there is no solution.

I want that my account has been activated again and need the replacement or refund of that product.

Activate my account again or provide me the correct product which is shown on your website and if you guys fail to given my correct order then kindly refund my money.

Otherwise, i will file a complaint in consumer court and esclate this on twitter, Facebook, Instagram every where.
