I had ordered a vote Boat wave flexi connect watch from Flipkart my order ID is OD427823241787784100 . On receiving the watch the watch did not turn on I requested a replacement or refund. But when the courier person arrived he told that the product is different from the packing so I complaint again to Flipkart. No action was taken when I went to the service centre they informed me that the product I received was different from the order placed so my warranty is invalid. I request you to replace a refund my amount as I been cheated.

i ordered a blue colour designer saree of rs. 1049 but i got cheap red and green checks saree. i tried to call them but they are not answering my call either replying to my messages. Please take some actions against it. This is not the right way to satisfy the customer. They are a fraud.
