I ordered ADIDAS Basketball Shoes but received a adidas walking shoe so i raised return request first time i didnt upload photo so it was reject after that i raised again with all the data they didn’t respond so i called them they said they will raise return on my behalf but they didn’t and said me to wait 3-4 days . After 3 days and contact the again they said we are raising request again but again no respond . I talk to excutive and asked that my return date will expire please resolve they said it will not expire our escalated team is working . They didnt even arrange return request and tell me the date has passed and we can’t do anything. They why the they provide wrong information. Order Id OD327824631080827100
