Dear sir/ madam
We have ordered double bed live pure comforter on 21.12.2020. But we have received livepure pillow. We have raised return order but no one has come to take the return. Today we have called customer care, they have advised to return the product through courier by ourselves. But it was not mentioned earlier.
We request you rectify the issue and refund the amount
