Dear Team,
Kindly look into this,
Your representative not providing me a solution just making a fool,
disconnected my call again and again.any try to
1 – Mr Mohit
2 Mrs Sheetal
3 Mr Saurabh
4 Mr Aakash
*These four people were fooling me and cutting my call. I want action
against these guys.*
I received the wrong product which I informed on 26 Oct at that time the
customer care team told me your problem will resolve in the next 72 hrs and
if not resolve then you will get a refund of the money. but he again given
me time you wait till 31 Oct.
And now again today they guys told me still case under process not received any updates.
Requesting you to please help for me solution I’m suffering last 7 days and amazon team just making fool to me.
