Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against WiseSaree.com regarding an issue I encountered with a recent order placed on their website. Below are the details of my purchase:

Product Ordered: Combo of 2 Men’s Sports Regular Fit Lycra Hot Track Pant with Two Side Pockets ( Black + Grey )
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery
I placed an order on [08th Apr 2025,7:58pm] for a Combo of 2 Men’s Sports Regular Fit Lycra Hot Track Pant with Two Side Pockets ( Black + Grey ), as advertised on their website. However, upon receiving the parcel on [11 apr 2025], I found that the product delivered was entirely different from what I had ordered. which is significantly cheaper than the one I paid for.

Despite my efforts to contact www.gymfits.in for a return and refund, I have not received any clear response, and their website does not provide an accessible return policy link. I have not been able to resolve this issue with the company directly.

Therefore, I am seeking the following resolution:

Immediate Return of the Incorrect Product: I request WiseSaree.com to arrange for the return of the incorrect saree at no additional cost to me.
Full Refund: I request a full refund of ₹699, the amount I paid for the Combo of 2 Men’s Sports Regular Fit Lycra Hot Track Pant with Two Side Pockets ( Black + Grey ).
As per the Consumer Protection Act, I believe my rights have been violated, and I seek prompt action to address this issue. I request the consumer court to assist in facilitating the return process and ensuring that I am refunded the full amount I paid.
