On 8th August 2024, I have placed an order with Hagullafab.official for a Black Angrakha Premium Hand Work Suits Set for a total amount of Rs. 860 with an order id AM80137097. Today i.e., on 14.08.2024 I received the product which is different from the one I ordered. I have received a used cotton Kurta which is torn apart from the Sleeves. I tried to communicate with the authorities but none of their mail id is active and there is no other option to return the product.
I want to return the product and refund of the amount paid i.e., Rs. 860 which was paid in cash at the time of delivery.
