I have ordered 2 cargo pants from diclon.in on 25th July 2024 on COD but on 27th july I have received only 1 jeans which is different and damaged also.
Invoice number is DC5185999

I am cheated today in same manner today by these scoundrels. I ordered online for 2 cargo pants on 31 July 2024, and I received my parcel today after paying ₹ 900/-. After opening the packet i get 2 old dirty used jeans in the packet.
What to do now?
I had mailed the photos and my issue on the given email address, but don’t hope for receiving any type of return and refund from them.
