I order shoes (Aircushion – Soft soled, Woven, Hollow women’s shoes) from Fashion Fusion store as I got the advertisement of their product from my Facebook account. I ordered the shoes worth Rs 1500 and it was COD type of delivery. The item arrived on 15th March 2024 and I got the package and paid Rs 1500 online through Google pay. When I was handed over the product and I opened it, I found out that I had received wrong product (sandal) which not worth of 10% of the amount that I had paid. Please help me
