Text of Complaint by Indranil Mondal:

  1. I have ordered for Noise X5 Pro 1+1 bluetooth earbuds on 14th July. Order no. #90129.
  2. On 21st July I have received a totally wrong product (an wired headphone).
  3. I have proof of that. I have already complaint to the mail provided. The mail is as follows :-
    I ordered Noise X5 Pro bluetooth earbuds 1+1 on 14th July. Order No. #90129. On 21st July I received the product and paid Rs. 1599/- through Google Pay to the delivery boy. After opening the package I found a wired headphone instead of my original order. I don’t want this product. Either deliver me the original product or refund my money as soon as possible. I have sent you mail earlier, but no reply from your side.
