We had ordered Combo Pack of aerpod from the bass guru site from the site I can see in my facebook account. I had placed the order to the same and received the confirmation through order no. 85976 but today that is on 16.07.2020 I had received the product vide Ekart docket number PKRC7000025422. The received product is not the same product I had ordered and instead of Combo of Aerpod I had received the Headphone.
I want to return the product and want my paid money of Rs.1599.00 return.
Please look into the matter and take action against this company and also site for wrong product delivered to various persons. I had also read the articles on website that this was done with other persons also by this company.
