Text of Complaint by RAHUL:

Order return not done from 30 days straight talking with 30 guys from senior to every executive which is in customer service .

I ordered product from Flipkart which is clear showing 10 day’s return policy i am getting wrong product and so further I request support team to return and refund about this they said they don’t have return option only have replacement option which is denied of return policy breaking own policy is a major crime after they suggest me to do replacement and after replacement return again to get refund which is lengthy of process i agree to that also with no option left so after the guy for pickup replacement come and see product and without pickup go and reject my replacement without any reason i again contact team senior executives says I cancel your request and mention everything in case id please request return for after 24 hours and it will be done still same issue only replacement option i saw and almost I connected with 30 guys in your team no one solved this issue since so many days and didn’t get my return pickup done from so many days no action taken on courier guy.

Please work on policy this is not right should you solve this issue or i had to file cyber crime report for showing wrong policies and miss leading to people for still the money.
