Text of Complaint by Trisha Bhardwaj:

The person who came for the pick up had no information about the product he has to pick up or the company/brand/ecommerce entity.

The delivery partner confirmed that he is from Flipkart upon which we handed over the Flipkart product to him and he simply took it with him. The parcel returned was carrying the tag and bag of Flipkart mentioned clearly over the parcel.
Which he did not check.

As a process the delivery partner should be knowing which entity’s product and exactly what product he is referring to and has come to pick up. He should also open the product and check if the same has been handed over to him. But, here it was not done and as a result I am suffering.

So, I strongly believe that I am not at all any any state in the wrong side and expect my Flipkart product to be returned to me as soon as possible and before 10 May by when I can hand over the same product to the right delivery company.

As suggested by the meesho customer care team I even called and checked with the delivery partner for the product but he said it already has been dispatched and now he can not do anything about it and I need to contact meesho customer care only.

The customer care is not able to help. They raised a complaint for this situation and the answer I received against it was they can not help me in this situation as I gave a wrong product to their delivery person who confirmed that he was there standing at my door to pick up a Flipkart product.

So the meesho hel. Centre has refused to help me and the call centre people are neither helpful, not willing to make me talk to any of their senior person, neither willing to accept their or their delivery partner’s fault and nor willing to solve this out. They are more interested in knowing what value the wrong product was holding so that can calculate if they are in benefit or loss.

Have tried getting in touch to a authorised person from meesho for atleast 5 times and have not received any valueable resolution or atleast a call back from the senior/authorised person.

I would like the meesho team to return back the Flipkart product to me before 10 May and pick the right product from my address and process the refund as the product delivered is defective and stained.

I hope you understand and help me in the right way.
