Text of Complaint by Anjali Bhatta:

I have receiced a parcel on 5/10/2024 at around 3:40PM without any order. My son has paid Rs.999 through Phonepay bearing UPI ID bhatta.abhimanyu@ybl. The payment has been made to SHADOFAX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED UPI ID BHARAPPE5022547940@yesbankltd with Transaction Id T2410051540544517168810. I want to get refund this amount as I have not ordered this product. The product is a used and damaged product. My parcel was packed with a new address slip . In side the parcel the name of other customer was written. It seems the parcel was intentionally packed with a used damaged product. Delicery Request Number SF1406711551AEP having the same AWB Number.
