Put return request thrice but every time showed verification failed though I didn’t get any message, call or mail from delivery agent.
Then called customer care multiple times, every time they told that they guaranteed and assured pick up will be done this time.
Promise for close monitoring, self call, even refunding money but nothing had happened till now
