On september 29th I ordered Doremon toy 50CM but Wrong product delivered on 4th Oct,which is not doremon and also the size was 30CM and I returned for replacement on Oct 5th but it was taking way long time.. The pick up taken and my status shows its picked and on its way.. Attached screenshot of status.
So I’m cancelling but now the customer service guys one by one are giving me weird information. One says it will b cancelled by end of day and I’ll get information, where another says you have not returned the product.. Its not picked from my place.. Whereas my status shows picked up that I’ve returned n it us picked on its way…
The ppl I spoke were Remo,Nupur,Divyashree, Albin All irresponsible n no step to take and convince customer. They cannot give me the whereabouts of the product which was picked from my House.
Becs of all this delay n mistake on ur side I’m cancelling my order.
This toy was to be gifted to my niece on her birthday, who was longing for it. But because of ur irresponsible delivery the child was fooled. Which hurts the family and me personally. They did not have any courtesy to see what I was telling them…
I’ve no reason to wait for irresponsible seller who delivered me wrong product and created unnecessary headache and trouble which affects my mental health.
I’m totally dissatisfied with your service. As it was for a special day.
