I ordered a jacket on ekart and I have received a wrong and damaged product but when I call and email to the customer care but the number is switched off and some of the numbers saying you are not allowed to call and the email is not working. The jacket price is rs.999/- . I want my money or my exact product. Please take action about this otherwise it will happen again to anyone and please I want my money or the product .
