I am Sasitharan who currently stays in Bangalore. My Wife (Surya) had ordered a prestige 4 burner gas stove on 19th Jan. On 24th Jan, we received a different product which is a Pigeon Pressure cooker with invoice stickers and labelled as Prestige 4 burner gas stove.
We thought it was a free product for a gas stove and got those as delivery. But after some time we received a message as the gas stove was delivered. On the same day, we raised a return request and asked for a refund and also even spoke to the customer care on the same day. Please check the call logs in case there is a confusion.
From 24th Jan till now (17th Feb), I spoke to multiple customers care people and escalated to multiple seniors and reopened the ticket multiple times. Every time the ticket will be closed as the product is delivered correctly. See my call recordings and see the response from the flipkart customer.
As I understand from flipkart customer care people, they were believing the seller’s side confidently but not on the customer side. I have attached the images with this email. Please check and confirm if the gas stove can be fitted within the small box. And also please zoom and check the invoice as well.
I am not happy with the way flipkart is treating me. It is like I am trying to cheat flipkart and getting those refunds. It is a matter of 10,000 rupees.
