I have purchased royal enfield helmet with the amount of rs. 3150 but last day I have got the product it was steelbird helmet where amount is rs. 1499 only. Actually due to my friends birthday I have to gift it on today but very unfortunate that when I have asked to customer care and return back my money for this issue he denied to do the same, he said as per policy he couldn’t do this. So its not possible for me that I have purchase this through cash or offline due to money shortage as because I have already paid the same in flipkart. Here my big question is how flipkart do this to me. Flipkart executive said that it has been done from seller but my question is that I didnt purchase this directly from seller and I have paid to flipkart not seller then its total responsibility of flipkart that right product reached to the right person. I have faced from flipkart

So I want compensation for the same by 24 hrs otherwise I will upload all the pics and videos to social media and also do the complain to consumer forum for the same.
