Wrong product has been delivered and no link shared for refund / return of the product. I have a doubt that they are running scam for cyber crime since when I did not paid them online and order for COD such product has been delivered. I need refund and also the the panulty on the company

Wrong product has been delivered and no link shared for refund / return of the product.

I have a doubt that they are running scam for cyber crime since when I did not paid them online and order for COD such product has been delivered.

I need refund and also the the panulty on the company
