I’ve ordered Sketchers Shoes from Flipkart on 31st of July and received on 2nd Aug but the shoes which I’ve received was different from the image shown on Flipkart and I’ve requested return and refund from Flipkart but they now after 5 days have rejected my request and said we are sorry! That’s how they treat their customers but taking their valuable money and giving wrong product! For them 3899 is small amount but for middle class person it’s a huge amount! I request national consumer helpline to take action and help me out or else I’ve to legal action against Flipkart for cheating their customers! I’ve Received different style of shoes of sketchers brand! And the product which I’ve received is more expensive than the product I’ve ordered and product which is delivered to me is having little bit dirty Sole and rest the shoes from the upper side is absolutely brand new! Seems like it’s one or two times used! Well I’m not sure! Pls resolve this problem as soon as possible because I’m facing this issue of return from last 13-15 days! Pls solve my issue
