I ordered a dress which is not the size its supposed to be neither the quality of the product is good at all . I have been complaining but no response initially now i got response but they won’t refund as their policy is to buy from them only and then can add credit to the account. Now it about trust as because their support team doesn’t respond neither the email gets delivered every time…hence its difficult to buy from them again and trust them also the customer needs to send the product back to them and the cost is customer’s. Please check the issues as these companies are playing fraud around in the name of business.
