Text of Complaint by Shital Zarekar:

I purchased two dress from voqora worth Rs.1980/- on 15th March 2024 with Cash on Delivery option and I received the dress from bluedart on 18th March 2024 and I made the cash payment to the Bluedart delivery person. But after sometime , when I open the cover , I see that the dress is completely different from what I had ordered. When I try to communicate with Voqora customer care , I see that their website itself is not available now and hence I am unable to contact them. Please help me to get refund Rs 1980/-.
