My name is Lalita Chauhan , I odered one saree which is amount of 1380/- through Gopi Fashion ( gopifashion99@gmail.com ) ,
(https://www.gopifashionhub.com/) , ( On Instagram Id- indian_saree_).
I got the delivery on 16-04-2021 , But they delivered wrong product which means i got completely different colour.
Now I am trying to replace the product they people are demanding more money from me for replace ,even though they are not ready to sent
the delivery boy to take the parcel. And they are not ready for refund as well.
I made a payment on 2 slots (1st paid 200/- goolepay ) ( remain amt 1180/- paid delivery boy through google pay )
I tried to contact them for replace or refund so many time they are not giving any response .
Its not about penny 1380/- , they people are completely doing fraud and running the business .
