Hi FlipKart,
I am Sirish, one of your Flipkart Customers. I AM VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE’S. I ordered a graphic . Surprisingly I got a Potato instead of a Graphic card.
I got the order on 21st sept 2022 and I have raised a complaint to the Flipkart Service team, They said we will refund the amt to you and said they would pick the product on or before 24th Sept 2022 and then the transaction would be completed by 25th atmost.
HERE STARTS THE ISSUE.
1. 23rd I Got a message saying WishMaster would pick up the product I waited for. When he arrived he said I would not be able to pick it up because it’s Potato.
2. I have called the service team and they said we raised a complaint on the wish master for not picking the product. Said your product would be picked up again on or before 28th.
3. 24th I got a call/message saying your refund is canceled. I called the service and said who cancelled. They somehow reopened the refund and said pick up will be done by the 29th.
4. Today I got a message again saying the wishmaster would come and pick up the product. BEFORE HE ARRIVE TO PICK THE PRODUCT I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM POLITELY REQUESTED TO LET THE PERSON KNOW THAT I GOT WRONG ORDER AND NEED TO PICK THE PRODUCT. THE SUPERVISOR SAID DON’T WORRY WE DOCUMENTED IT AND HE WILL PICK UP THE PRODUCT.
NOTE : WISHMASTER CAME AND DENIED PICKING UP THE PRODUCT SAID TO ASK THEM TO SEND A MAIL TO ECIL HUB.
BEST PART WHENEVER I ASK FOR MANAGER THEY SAY WE DON’T HAVE MANAGER AND WE DON’T HAVE OPTION TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO MANAGER.
NOW WHAT I AM GONNA DO IS TAKE THIS ISSUE TO POLICE STATION AND CONSUMER COURT AND FILE A CASE.
