Hi,

I had placed an order of site https://epicwatchstore-in.myshopify.com of noise combo watch for Rs.1999 but I had received the product to ekart courier service on 15.10.2020 when I opened the package there is a Fastrack very cheap watch in it instead of NOISE watch.
I am trying to contact your phone number 8929041857 but it continuously reaching out of service. Also I sent email to them at gabruthegr8+1@gmail.com but still no response received. I seen multiple complained about this company and all are true.

Please take further action on this company.
