- On 11th of this month i ordered a product from bass guru whichi displaying me nosie x 5 pro series product which is also in offer buy 1 get1 free so i order i got the mail from their side that ur order is confirm my order num is #81795 i got my order delivered yesterday i feel something wrong so i made a unboxing video of product and when i open it i was shocked there was a head phone instead of the the product which i ordered and i feel very bad about it that i made 1599 for it and i got cheated so i mail on theier contact support but no reply till today tried calling but the number is no longer exist i dont know what to do so thatsthe reason i am raising this comllaint aginst them i want my money or the orignal product with the same offer
