Text of Complaint by Jhuma Maity:

y order Id 241970131082_1 was placed on 08/08/2023 with online payment and get delivery on 16/08/2023 with wrong product. On 16/08/2023 I had requested for Exchange I got the date of 20/08/2023. On 20/8/2023 any Pick up was not done , on same day I again request for exchange , date I received was 22/08/2023. On that day also any pick was not there.

On 22/08/2023 I had call to mesho customer care , the executive have answer me that your exchange request is cancel by courier team as they confirm that correct product is delivered . It means that Customer have don’t right to confirm that product is right or wrong and who is delivery team can cancel my exchange request.
For your reference image is attached.

My request is only there from messho please refund my money back and take your unorder product which is with me.

  1. This site is with messho only still now any action is not taken against messho.

    We all trust this site but they dont support Customer . they only support to supplier
