I have ordered SUMMER AUTUMN FASHION MEN PANT from Faction Hut and today i.e. 16.09.2023 I have received the parcel. The parcel consists of one jeans which is old/used and damaged. It was a cash on delivery and I have paid that amount to the delivery agent.
This is completely cheating. I tried to reach out but unable to reach them. I have also registered/ informed my grievances to grievance officer of shiproket ( Shiproket – from where I was receiving the delivery updates.)
