I had placed an order with Nykaa fashion on 28th September with ORDER NUMBER NYK-14786933-0307608 worth rupees 4528. On the day of deliver I had initiated the replacement request with was rejected without any reason being provided to me. The chat support team kept on giving me false communication that the issue has been escalated with the respective brand. But on speaking with the team on call on 12th October I was told no ticket has been raised for the concerned issue. Due to their delay in service the return window also closed leaving me unable to place return request . Nykaa fashion has denied their wrong product delivery and now I’m stuck with the wrong product loosing 4500 rupees.
