I am writing this in huge disappointment as I have received a sareer that I ordered almost 20 days back. I think I did the biggest mistake in selecting such an amaeture website to order a sareer for the festive ocassion of Karwa Chauth.
I really wonder that even in this competitive enviornment the company follows zero communication strategy as I did not receive any email, phone call or even a message from your end, on booking an order, for dispatch, or for delivery of the product.
To add to all the above is the wrong product delivery. On the cover it is written that the colour of the product is blue whereas inside the sareer I have received is yellow and orange in colour. Whatelse anyone would need to get annoyed?
This was my first and last experience with the company you, I want my Rs 1050/- back into my account at the earliest. Also, the company need to send someone to pick the product as I don’t have time, money, and energy to waste on such a stupid organization.
I am going to write my experience and review with ‘The Great Indian Sareer’  on facebook, insta and everywhere you are present.
Please ask the company to take their rubbish back at the earliest and send me money back asap.
