Text of Complaint by Ronak gandhi:

I have ordered womens skechers uno stand uk4 shoes on 25th dec. And it was expected to be delivered on 29th dec. But Nykaa failed to deliver on time. I had raised query for 4 times on nykaa customer care support service. Every time they used ask 24 hours to get product dispatch. At last i asked them to cancel my order but they forcefully delivered my product on 5th jan 2024.

But what i found. Skechers mens uk8 size shoes. Pathetic. And they dint give me any invoice with it. They delivered me mens shoes after raising so many queries and after delayed delivery time.
It feels like mental harassment. Customer care service is worst. They dont have control on their operations. But worst service and app.
