I’m writing this complaint to apprise you that I ordered a shoe rack on 22nd February, 2024 from a website called ‘Shoppperzone.co.in’ which was priced at 999/- through COD method. I received the product on 26th Feb which was completely different from what was advertised on their website. I’ve attached relevant images of the product I received which is a matter of complete deceit and fraud. I couldn’t attach the product image advertised on their website as only one image could be attached here.
Since I wrote the mail to them right after the delivery, there was no response from them as the mail was not delivered because they mentioned a wrong mail id on their website. There is no mode to contact them.
Also, I wanted to beware other similar buyers.
Hope, the concerned authorities will look into this matter.
