We ordered two Roti makers and we got a rice cooker instead on delivery. We informed the team that it’s a wrong delivery n to change it to Roti maker. They said after 28th dec. I am having a flight tonite back to Auckland how can I wait. The customer service on that day said they vl Refund which last night the most hopeless customer service incharge failed to understand my plight n time in hand. My reference is OD 114136801063761000. With two Roti makers. I ordered on amazon and they delivered promptly next day. Flip kart has no record of my grievances each time we call in fact we sent messages to their manager supervisor etc but they are rigid
