I ordered electric juicer of Rs 1199.00 through COD the same amount was paid by cash, on delivery. After opening a packet I found a manually operated juicer worth Rs 250 only. I am now struggling to refund or replace the Product.
I spoke to their customer care official Deepak Verma over phone at +91-8002805121 and explained my concern, but there’s no customer support available and now they have even stopped responding message / calls.
