Order id 404-5049443-3800319 with product description Stoffier Garten 42 PCs kitchen set for kids girls. Order amount was 1999.
We paid the amount but the delivered order was a small POPIT instead of the kitchen set. We had multiple follow-ups with Amazon regarding this and they never picked-up the wrong product. Also amazon had raised a advance refund request for this order for which I have a written email from amazon support on 14th August. Every time we call to follow-up they disconnect saying that they will investigate and get back to us. Amazon internal support ticket number 3800319 was created for a initiating a refund but the refund has not been credited. This is
