Text of Complaint by VISHAL DHIMMAR:
I have placed an order of 49″ LG UHD TV on PAYTM wide order no: 6246910679. After 18 days, I received Product which was smaller in side compared to the specification of ordered product. I received 43″ TV inplace of 49″ TV.
I have asked PAYTM for revised invoice but they could not generate it. So after so much follow up, I have requested for return of this product due to wrong specification on dt 03.11.18.
On 06.11.18, my return of the product was approved. Now after approval of return, still my product is not picked up by PAYTM.
I have paid Rs59,199/- to PAYTM and after 35 days still I have not received my correct product nor I have received refund of my money.
Being a small town consumer, I cant fight with such giant company. But at the same time it is heart breaking that no mechanism is available to curb such fraud by any e-commerce company.
