dear sir i ordered richo Tab from bookmytab.com website with the configuration of 3 gb and 32 gb memory,in the configuration they mentioned tab with slim slots n 4g tab with wi fi connection but when we received the product on 8aug2020,there is no such tab…they send us 2g tab with no sim slots and even configuration of tab is not as mentioned.I tried to contact bookmytab on website but there mentioned wrong email id there i.e- support@bookmytab.comand no contact no is given on website.now i want to return the tab n need my payment back.and deemand a strict action against this fraud company.
