I, Rana Sircar, from Kolkata, have placed an order for a Swify Table Desk fan (with USB and a discounted offer). This was a for very important reason, honestly for a patient, so you can understand my disappointment when the wrong item (the black fan in the image) was delivered. It was a waste of money, not to mention, when my mail / return request or exchange request went unheard. “”I just received the package containing the portable fan. This is not what I had ordered. This has no speed regulators, no chargeable system, supposedly no rechargeable battery and only works directly connected to power supply using usb charger. I am really disappointed. I paid on good faith. I believe in ethics in business. Please refer to my ordered item. This product is not what I paid for.
Moreover, this product does not adhere to what instruction manual specifications specify. I would like this product to be replaced by the one I had ordered or warrant a refund at the earliest.”””
