Text of Complaint by Anjan Majumder:

I purchased D-Link DVR from Amazon, but wrong item was delivered. As we spoke to Amazon Customer Care, they refused to refund amount. So I placed replacement order which I have not received even after 5 days and Amazon Customer Care tell me to wait wait and wait. As I am running a serious business, it is getting hampered due to this. All the details are given below:

  1. I purchased D-Link DVR from Amazon on 21st September (Order # 406-2886088-4392316 ). Seller is SW Corporation (SW CORPORATION storefront)

2. Wrong item was delivered on 30th September.

3. DVR-F2108-M1 was delivered instead of DVR-F1108

4. Replacement ordered on 4th October (Order ID: 408-0346666-7219559)

5. Return picked-up on 5th September (Return ID: DbSg34qXRRMA)
